For more than six years, The Brickyard Collaboration Space (BCS), has been home to dozens of emerging companies and several startups. This model continues to offer "instant office set up" opportunities to entrepreneurs and small startup companies, and remains a popular and successful venue for running a small business. We have available space for various company sizes, with various size space requirements and configurations.
BCS is a somewhat unique concept in shared office space. Instead of rows of individual offices and a stale work environment, we offer an open, bright and airy, casual, yet professional work space that feels like home! We also offer some traditional, enclosed offices which provide more privacy.
Rental fees at BCS start at $300/month, which includes: all utilities (Heat, A/C, Electric) including Internet connectivity (wireless & hardwired), parking and use of the space and all common areas, 24/7. (Various lease terms available: month-to-month, 6 months or 1 year options.)
